Grievance Procedure
When members want to file a complaint, they must follow the procedures outline in article 32 of the collective agreement (see (provide a link to the page)). It is important that members follow the process within the time lines specified in article 32. In the event, the complaint escalates to a grievance, the College could argue in front of the arbitrator that time lines were not followed and therefore the arbitration should not proceed. The Local recommends that you communicate with your administrator using email as it is trackable for timelines. In regard to filing a grievance, please ask your Steward or Local Officers to assist you.
